  • Renumber the ones you missed
  • Type each dimension into a spreadsheet
  • Type the tolerance beside it
  • Look up the plating spec
  • Work out the pre-plate limits
  • Work out the grind stock
  • Check the thread allowance against H28
  • Paste it into a control plan template
  • Set a method and a frequency on every row
  • Write the limits onto each operation sheet
  • Save a copy for the floor
  • Open the AS9102 template
  • Retype the characteristics into Form 3
  • Fill Form 1 from the part header
  • Fill Form 2 off the material certs
  • Find the transposed digit in row 34
  • The print revs. Start again.

A coat shifts pitch diameter four times its per-side thickness on a 60° thread. Anodize builds up half.
